KHAITE offers complimentary returns on all domestic orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return slip inside the package.
Attach the Label
Affix the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to any authorized UPS location and retain your drop-off receipt to track the status of your refund.
